Paulo Avelino is one of the original cast of the remake of "Temptation Island." He got bacterial pneumonia during the shoot that made him drop the role. Maybe that movie is not for him and more offers and opportunities will come his way. He also said that he is a hands on dad to his new born child named Ethan. More photos after the jump!
